Paradigm Micro-Analytical MDLC

|
The Paradigm Micro-Analytical MDLC is fully configurable high-pressure mixing workhorse that is designed to withstand the rigors of the most hostile industrial lab environment. Available in bio-inert titanium, each MDLC in the Paradigm family features integrated piston seal wash, 10-port valve, and low-volume mixing for rapid delivery of the gradient from the pump to the columns. Paradigm MDLC provide unsurpassed reproducible separations from 50 mL/min to 5 mL/min.

Paradigm MS2-MA
The Paradigm MS2 is a binary high-pressure mixing MDLC commonly used in Metabolomic studies as a premier front-end to the majority of commercially available mass spectrometers. The high precision gradient formation provides highly reproducible separations with even the most aggressive buffers or mobile phase composition. The MS2 is ideal for high-throughput ballistic gradient quantitative analysis by LC MRM-MS/MS. Learn more...

Paradigm MS3-MA
The Paradigm MS3 high-pressure mixing MDLC comprising three integrated high-pressure pumps is the ideal choice for high-throughput analysis of complex samples. Parallel equilibration and sample loading with one pump while the other two complete binary ballistic gradient runs is achieved with the integrated 10-port valves. Paradigm MS3 systems are widely chosen for drug metabolism screening, and ADME/Tox studies. Learn more...

Paradigm MS4-MA
The Paradigm MS4 featuring four pumps, two independent mixers, and two 10-port valves is the flagship of the Paradigm line. The MS4 is ideal for automated fractionation of complex proteome samples (proteins or peptides) prior to LCMS analysis. The MS4 can be configured for 1-dimensional to 4-dimensional analysis, or parallel simultaneous binary high-throughput gradient analyses. Learn more...
