Proteomics Workstation
The Paradigm MDLC workstation employs a 4-pump MDLS coupled to an AS3 to completely automate the proteomics workflow. The proteomics workstation can isolate whole proteins or peptides through application specific mulitidimensional chromatography:
Serum Proteins: Affinity / Ion Exchange / Reversed Phase
MudPIT: Reversed Phase (pH 12)/Strong Cation Exchange/Reversed Phase (pH 3)
PTM: Strong Cation Exchange / Affinity / Reversed Phase .
Proteomics workstations provide automated desalting, buffer exchange, and detergent removal prior to injection and detection. Learn more...

Post-translational Modifications Workstation
The Paradigm MS4 featuring four pumps, two independent mixers, and two 10-port valves is the flagship of the Paradigm line. The MS4 is ideal for automated 1D – 4D chromatography with fractionation of complex proteome samples (proteins or peptides) prior to LCMS analysis. The MS4-NC is often used for automated online or offline Mudpit. Coupling the MS4-NC with the Michrom ADVANCE CaptiveSpray source provides higher speed, sensitivity, and robust operation for unattended overnight and weekend runs without the risk of source plugging or fouling.
