Advance Splitless Nano-Capillary LC Minimize

Introducing the Advance Splitless nano-capillary LC

The Advance nanoLC is a splitless nano-capillary high-performance instrument that is designed to provide precise, reproducible separations from 100 nL/min to 50,000 nL/min with no hardware changes .  The Advance nanoLC features < 25 nL delay volume and operates up to 10,000 PSI (70MPa) providing the ability to run long columns for extremely high resolution and eliminating both delay and re-equilibration times.  Advance nanoLC maximizes Mass Spectrometer Utilization Time.

Advance Nano-Capillary LC Pumps

The Advance LC pump is a modular system incorporating one, two, or three pumps, with optional integrated valving for multidimensional or parallel HTS analyses.  Each pump module has an integrated flow controller and are capable of providing precise fluid delivery from 1 nL/min to 50,000 nL/minute at pressures up to 10,000 psi (70 MPa) with no hardware change.  Pumps can be changed by easy slide-in for accessible maintenance or increased application capability by plug-and-play into the pump housing.  The Advance pumps feature constant flow with intelligent piston refill such that the column never loses pressure or flow, extending the life of the column and spray tip.     Learn more...

Advance LC for Proteomic Applications

The Advance LC's capability to reduce delay times and handle increased pressures allows it to operate where other nano-capillary LC systems can not.  The Advance provides increased information by using the mass spectrometer for meaningful data collection during more of the chromatographic run than conventional nanoLC systems, increasing Mass Spec Utilization Time from inject-to-inject.  The end result is the ability to separate lower abundance proteins from coeluting higher abundance proteins during the same analysis time, resulting in significantly higher protein identifications.

Two 200-minute runs of 1 ug E. coli Digest.  The bottom run on the Advance nanoLC uses a higher flow rate, longer column, and optimized gradient to identify 89% more proteins.

       NanoLC:  50 minute delay;    MS Utilization 135min/200min = 68%

AdvanceLC:  2.5 minute delay;  MS Utilization 188min/200min =94%

Advance for High Throughput Screening

The Advance nano-capillary LC has been used for extremely fast gradients for high throughput screening.  Coupling the robust Advance LC with the CaptiveSpray source provides up to 100x sensitivity over conventional ESI applications.  The ablilty to use 100x less sample without compromising speed, robustness, or quantitative accuracy opens new possibilities for applications from dried blood spot analysis to extension of single animal PK.   Learn more...

150 second inject-to-inject of Buspirone in Human Plasma  Advance with CaptiveSpray ionization provided the same sensitivity with 100x less sample injected.
